About
Hi, I’m Jeffrey—a multidisciplinary web professional who brings design, development, content strategy, and quality assurance together to create websites that look better, work smarter, and reach more people.
I began my career in graphic design before expanding into web development, digital content, SEO, accessibility, and website management. Over the past 15 years, I’ve created and improved digital experiences across higher education, media, healthcare, and small business. That combination of creative and technical experience allows me to see both the big picture and the details that make a website successful.
Today, I manage and improve websites at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. My work includes administering Cascade CMS, supporting content contributors, troubleshooting website issues, and reviewing pages for accuracy, accessibility, usability, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. I enjoy collaborating with designers, developers, and content owners to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
I believe a successful website should do more than look good—it should solve problems, connect with its audience, and be easy to find, use, and maintain. Whether I’m developing a page, untangling a CMS issue, improving search visibility, or conducting a quality review, I bring creativity, technical knowledge, and careful attention to detail.
That’s what “Making It REAL!” means to me: turning ideas into digital experiences that genuinely work.
