The Challenge

The assignment required handling varied publishing requests across multiple websites while working within established page templates, brand requirements and client workflows.

What I Contributed

  • Published and maintained webpage content using Sitecore and ServiceNow.
  • Built pages from existing templates and used HTML and CSS to adjust presentation and functionality.
  • Coordinated work through Workfront and Basecamp to support content accuracy and timely delivery.

My Approach

My contribution combined ongoing content publishing with practical page-level adjustments. Working within existing templates helped keep updates aligned with the client’s established websites while accommodating different content needs.

Impact & Scope

The work supported the client’s ongoing publishing needs across healthcare and education websites. This case study focuses on my administration and content contributions; it does not claim ownership of the full website designs.
